The vid posted by Rhino is what I would call the "ghetto" version. Tasty goes and extra step and purges his bottles with CO2. That means that any beer spashing on the bottom will be protected in CO2.
Although this guy does fill to the top and (sort of) cap on foam - his beer is spashing in air during the fill. Like I said - it would probably be fine for a comp that is going to be judged within a couple of weeks and/or a local one where you can be ensured that the bottles will be kept cold the entire time.
