So I was washing with a 5 gallon bucket of pbw on a brewday and bumped a bucket killing a glass.




Well, deep breath, another beer, life can go on. My step mom owns a small neighborhood bar, dad shoots me an email yesterday asking if I needed a co2 tank. I have a 5 lbs tank I got when I bought my keg parts from keg connection (shameless plug they were great). So I acquire this for free 20lbs alum needs some pbw to get all the soda syrup off of it and should be good to go.

She has a massive steel one like 5' tall if you want it. I was going to use it because I am thinking about getting a TIG welder so I can put your sculpture to shame. I might be willing to share. If I got another welder I would probably get a tank with it or just rent one.

Side note: I know nothing about the history on the big tank. I don't know who owns, it I don't know who has what stamped on it, I don't know about any rights/agreements on it. Does anyone know anything about how to track this kind of information down? I know its been in her bar for 5+ years so if there's an abandonment paperwork or something you can fill out it'd be yours free mylo.

i broke a 22oz of hop stoopid on tuesday and then on wednesday i won a $10 gift card to fred meyer. i went there today and i got a sixer of 21A IPA(21A virgin) and some super glue. i'm even steven+ as well.

So... I might not be able to get it filled it says CCE Phoenix on it (coca cola enterprises). I need to figure out if its on the abandoned list or what the deal is with it.

I've dealt with a CCE tank before. Most places wont touch it, and told me to take it out of their shop asap. Finally found a place to swap it, but it took a while. Good luck!

So here's the funny thing about it. My step mom has a coke vendor license (sales not distribution or resale) but the coke people said it wasn't theirs and they wouldn't take it.. wtf.
