Hi pressure and shake... do this 2 or 3 times.... then turn take the gas off, release the pressure for a few seconds, hook up gas at correct pressure and sit overnight, it should be perfect.

It´s just a shame that I went to the trouble of sanitizing 38 bottles and rinsing then and not getting the bottling done.

Together with the foaming problem I noticed that CO2 wasn´t fully dissolved. So I think I will leave the bottling to the middle of this next week.
