Sweet Stout Carbonation

Mon Apr 07, 2008 9:07 am

I am going to brew the Sweet Stout recipe from Brewing Classic Styles tomorrow. I was wondering when I keg it and serve do I force carb with CO2 and use a regular faucet or do I use NTG and my stout faucet? I see all kinds of info on Dry Stout but don't find good info for Sweet Stout and Oatmeal Stout in regards to kegging.

If I had a stout tap I would put the sweet stout on it. I have mine on CO2 and its good, but I would love to have it on stout tap

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.
