need help/ideas on serving beer:

Thu Jan 12, 2012 9:57 am

Im having a crowd over this sunday for the foosball. I have two kegs I will push with CO2 while they sit in a tub near where everyone will be. I want to hook up perlick taps instead of the plastic picnic taps. dont want to use/build jockey box. I need ideas on how to mount the taps to use them to serve beer.

go.

Put a short 2x4 with holes drilled for the taps on the front of the kegs, then secure with bungee cord so it hooks onto the board, wraps around the rear of the kegs, then hooks to the other end of the board. Should be sturdy enough. Any dripping will get caught by the tub and will make easy to rinse down the drain.

If you take what I post here literally, you're retarded. I'm here to fuck around, have a good time, and learn about beer. You mean nothing to me and I mean nothing to you.

I got as far as the 2x4 in my own thought process. bungee cord = genius.

How about making an L shape from plywood, drill two holes for your shanks.. run your beer lines... should be sturdy enough if you put some legs on it and drive them down into the ice!
