I got my kegging system setup and kegged my first batch two days ago. I kegged the beer at 30psi and 58F. I was storing at 30psi and 40F. Last night I went to check on the brew and the lid was loose and bubbling.
I turned up the CO2 and got a good seal. I also poured a little taster and besides being a little flat it seems to taste fine.
Is this normal? Is the beer ok?
