1.7 CF mini fridge- what fits?

Wed Mar 16, 2011 8:48 am

In a local ad, I saw a 1.7 cu. ft. mini fridge for $45. Just called and it's still available. I know I can fit bottles in there, but what if any kegs can I fit in there?

Description says rear coil unit with half width for ice tray.

This is the pic of the inside. There is no compressor hump so it's all in the back of the unit. Would I be limited to bottles only?

ETA: I'll be using a picnic tap for dispensing, no tower. Open the door, pour my pint, close the door. I'm also more than willing to remove the molding on the door to facilitate a better fit.

If you take what I post here literally, you're retarded. I'm here to fuck around, have a good time, and learn about beer. You mean nothing to me and I mean nothing to you.

I have a similar fridge that I use as a fermentation chamber. They are ideally suited for this purpose. Compressorless fridges like this have trouble achieving temperatures more than 20 F below ambient so not ideal as a kegerator in a warm climate.
