Carbonation Issues...

Oatmeal stout bottle conditioned now 4 weeks and still no carbonation. Used 4.5 oz. of priming sugar, they same way i did for 2 other IPA's and a Red ale. Those carbonated in just a little over 2 weeks. Kept them at room temp (70 deg). Not sure what happened... what can i do now?

Rouse the yeast by swirling each bottle, and let them sit a couple more weeks in 70+ degrees. Just give it time.
