With that kind of cleaning regimen there shouldn't be anything growing in the line. I always sanitize my hoses with Starsan after cleaning with PBW because they seem to dry out better when I do.

Are you hanging your hoses up to completely dry and then storing them somewhere clean and dry?

Having the extra keg around to use for cleaning with PBW or for dispensing Star San (or kegs for both) is something you should consider. A couple years ago I had an incredible roggenbier that made it to the second round of the NHC. However, the bottles they judged in the second round were all infected. :( I finally traced it back to an infected hose on my beer gun. Ever since then I have always pumped PBW through the line followed with Star San.
