I gassed off, unscrewed the beer out post and you can pull the dip tube out part way to create room to tie the bag. You should be fine since others don't seem to have problems but it is a possibility.

I really like using the Surescreens for dry hopping right in the keg with no bag. They're a bit pricey, and even moreso than when I looked last, but they're simple and foolproof..
