Belgian Champage Bottles

Mon Jan 18, 2010 7:28 pm

I have a brett beer to bottle and was curious if anyone has done so with Champagne bottles that use a standard bottle cap. I do not have a Champagne corker and this would be much cheaper as I could just cap them as usual.
Here is what I am talking about - http://www.midwestsupplies.com/750-ml-g ... -case.html

Or I guess to follow up has anyone used the plastic corks that do not require the corker?

I have capped with some Orval bottles and some Dog Fish Head 750ml bottles no problems on my end
