Spacer???

Sat Jul 25, 2009 5:19 pm

Getting ready to drill my fridge door for faucets. Purchased shanks and equip from MoreBeer along with the 25mm hole saw. I've read some people like to use a length of PVC around the shank to protect the door. Do I need it? If so, I am looking at a larger hole saw of course, unless there is thinner walled PVC than Sched 40 out there someplace.

Thanks for the help!

Timmy, I've got nothing to say on your question, but looking at your "Waiting to Enjoy" list makes my mouth water. Those are some mighty fine looking, big ass beers.

Spacer, schmacer. Not needed. All drilled and fit. Just need to connect all the hoses, leak check and pressurize.

What are the pre-clean recommendations for the equip (new faucets, shanks, etc.). Was thinking I'd just run some PBW thru each connection, rinse, then Run StarSan thru.
