Dipensing OR fermenting in my chest freezer sucks. The worst thing is that this is keeping from adding taps and what not. I really don't want to have to buy another freezer/frig (not yet anyway). I don't have a basement or car-hole to put these things in. Does anyone have any tips for this situation, or should I just find another place to ferment in?
Currently I have about 8 pounds of hops in my main freezer, and the aforementioned chest freezer for fermentation or dispensing in my kitchen (that's right prime real estate). Sooner or later my girl is going to start throwing my shit out. I can't add another chest freezer.
