beer with metalic taste, can anyone explain this?

I am currently running 6 gas manifolds and this week I added two more on to the end to extend it two 8. The addon I bought is the one from More beer.

As soon I finished reconnecting the gas lines I poured a beer and it had a metallic taste. I then poured all 6 beers that were on tap and they all had the same metalic taste. This metalic taste was not there the day before.

Does anyone know what would cause an instant flavor change like this and if the flavor will disipate?

I thoroughly clean all components even if they are on the gas side, beofore using. I tis amazing all the machining oils I get off of my equipment, when new. I use an all Stainless setup too, even gas lines and tubing. Clean, clean, clean......

good luck!
