Just dump them in.

There should be a nice blanket of CO2 in the keg to prevent oxidation.

I had a keg of brown ale that I overdosed with hazelnut. I dumped a 12 pack of Moose Drool into it before a party to tame it down a bit. Worked fine. The keg wasn't kicked at the party, but I don't remember how long it lasted afterwards.

Be sure to purge the keg a few times after it's filled.
