Schwarzbiers are german dark lagers. I remember looking for the American Dark Lager episode and thinking "WTF, two ciders and no dark lager" I think they should bring back Plise to complete the style list. It's in the book, but no show for it.

I remember a show where they were talking about Sinamar, an extract made from Carafa II. They made a comment that American Dark Lagers were just American Lagers with Sinamar added.

I'm guessing it was during the Munich Dunkel Show.
