Which show can I find this under? Did Mitch "give" any "helpful" hints? Where did Tasty fall short?

Mitch, and Stone are VERY tight lipped about this recipe. I tried to get a coupla hints after the brewery tour at Stone, not gonna happen!! The last re-brew was on Nov. 12th. The one from NHC is not posted yet in iTunes that I can see.

Any luck we're going to get the last couple CYBIs on podcast? I really would love to hear the complete Hobgoblin show and the Tasty-Mitch showdown! (I'll try the JTV archives also)

I listened to the Justin TV archive. Mitch did give some hints (unintentionally). I am not sure why Tasty took creative license again with the C-120L on top of Special B? Less than 1% of chocolate malt or roast barley would have been a better choice IMHO. I think the spicy hops are chinook and I still am not sure why Tasty did not do the 20 minute WP addition per Stone. I think the guys are close! Especially based on the voting tally!

Give 'em hell Tasty!!! The last version I did, I thought it was missing some caramel flavors that I detect in the Stone version...still a very drinkable beer, but not cloned!

Eagerly awaiting your re-brews!!

Where you finding C150 ? Looked at my local guys shop (online, haven't been in to talk to them yet), Northern Brewer and Morebeer and see nothing. Or, is C150 just Special B?

From Morebeers site:

Special B Malt
GR593
(140 - 155 L)
