For me the best thing about the CYBI shows is not necessarily getting the recipe but it gets me interested in trying something new ..... knowing how to make it makes me want to try it more than just hearing about it.

I've tried more new beers because of CYBI than hearing the brewery interviews on the Session (not by much though)


It's a good time to brew this. The yeast is now available from Wyeast as a seasonal. Until Dec, I think. Or maybe the end of Dec....

Just got the yeast... can't wait to brew this one. Wish I could get the bottles here in Fl, guess I just get to assume that my clone will be perfect since I can't drink side by side :-)
Keg - Strong Dark with Cherries and Brett, Strong Golden, Strong Dark, Habanero wheat beer
Primary - Berliner Weiss, Peach Berliner Weiss, Vanilla Cinnamon Metheglin
Conditioning - Flanders Red, Raspberry pLambic, Peach pLambic, English barleywine
