BCS Lager Ferm Question

Hey howdy!

The Narziss lager fermentation schedule in BCS describes a rise in temperature from 50f to 60f. Is there an optimal rate of temperature increase? Can this rise be done too quickly?

Thanks BN

Hey Billy, we were talking about this in the chat the other day and the recommended rate was about 3 degrees F per day until the desired temp is reached as this puts the least amount of stress on the yeast.
