you probably won't notice the difference. I totally agree with Kai. Brewing software is great but it won't know FG. It's a good estimation of where it should finish but that's it. I never get my Oktoberfest done on time either :jnj Drew

Beersmith had been pretty good for me usually within a point or two, which I consider pretty damn good
