Here is the DETAILS straight from the brewer (well actually the distributor, but I'm SURE it came from the brewer)...

I brewed this twice in the last two years using the "8lb Pale Wheat, 8lb Pilsner recipe" with Wyeast 3068 and it came out AMAZING !!!
Going to try it in the next couple weeks with WLP380 or maybe Wyeast 3668... or maybe a split batch...?
