So ADJ, what is warmish - 70-80F or higher?

I seem to remember someone mentioning doing this to drive it down more quickly...


Yes, as far as using bread yeast, you want to know what your pitched yeast can take the beer down to... you wouldn't want to force ferment with 001 if your main batch was fermenting with 005...
