Forgot to Add priming sugar

Is there a way to fix this problem or am I screwed?

un cap and add sugar to each bottle, about 1/2 a teaspoon each.

I tried that and the beer gushed out of the bottle.

how long ago did you bottle?
Maybe there was enough residual sugar?

Try doing it with simple syrup instead (sugar and boiled water in equal parts). No nucleation points to cause foam up, I would think.

You might try Coopers Ferm Tabs, little hard sugar balls. I've had mixed results with them, but it could save you some time.
