Really I want something I can bang out in an hour or two to fill a tap handle during gaps in my regular all-grain schedule. Aside from the hop expense, is there anything that I'm missing? I've never done a 10 minute boil before. Will this end up being a pale, flavorful, balanced IPA, or something less desirable? Am I totally off base? A complete idiot? I'm flying a bit blind here. All input welcome.
Well...most input welcome.
