Homebrewing beer. Brewing a Classic American Pilsner. Not like today's Bud, Miller or Coors, this is how American Pilsner was made before Prohibition. This is a malty, hoppy lager beer that is as delicious as it is American. A great brew for the 4th of July. Jon gets uppity. Jamil admits to throwing out lots of beer and describes Dave Sapsis funky wort chiller.
