Brewmaster Steve Dresler on The Session

This week on the Session we welcome Brewmaster Steve Dresler from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company to the show. Steve is a wonderful brewer with a real passion for craft beer and has been producing some wonderful brews at Sierra for 27 years. We discuss the many beers Sierra produces, as well as their industry leading sustainability practices. Tons of great hop and recipe info here for homebrew and craft beer fans!

Sierra Nevada is a Great Brewery by Dave King, August 31, 2010
Thanks for the great show, Steve was lots of fun, and Sierra Nevada is definitely one of my favorites. I beefed about Celebration not being available year round, and the guy at SN who e-mailed me back, said Torpedo was coming out soon, that was over 2 years ago, and we tasted it at NHC Oakland, awesome.

I'm surprised at the refrigerated shipping. The SN beers I had in Calif. were tons better than the ones we get in NY State, in hop bitterness and aroma, which I thought was the long trip. BTW, I dry hop my IPA's with my own home grown Cascades, ymmm. Brew Strong! -- Dave
