Nathan Smith takes on Xtra Gold

What happened to the hop schedule? by Belgian Bomber, February 08, 2010
During the interview section, there's a major blip in his explanation about the hop schedule, jumping from the FWH to the whirlpool (there's a clip noise there, like it was cut). The in the CYBI recipe, they're adding 80-min and 20-min hops. What did the brewer say in that section?

I agree 100% with fermenting the 530 Abbey yeast at a higher temp. I have had great luck with letting this yeast ferment hot. I have done a bunch of batches @ 66 degrees ( recommended minimum temp) and they come thin and boring.
