well. that was certaintly conclusive. I should write a paper now on it. The best way to judge a beer color is to hold it up to whatever light you happen to have and compare it to a few printed samples. Jesus! bring back the water chemistry.
(or, for that matter, how about an itroduction to brewers chemisrty. no, better yet,a chemical and biochemical introduction by palmer)
