Works awesome. The wort level gauge is nice. The thermometer works well...as soon as the dial reads "boiling," it starts foaming. Easy to clean. The boil screen works fairly well in keep out most of the hops.

I was a little worried about dropping the cash for it, but I'm glad I did.

Indeed! I've been trying to get together with halucin8 in Clayton for the past few days but the whirl wind of life decided to spin and interrupt my plans.

There is a new craft brew pub opening downtown Raleigh in the next few weeks Boylan Bridge Brewpub Might be a good place to hookup if we can't work something out before their grand opening...

I'm near the fair grounds, hwy 54 and Trinity.

Welcome,

Glad to hear the pot is worth the cash. I always thought they looked very professional and well constructed. and comparatively what else would you spend the money on that would give you such long lasting pleasure?

I did hear about Sidetrack but it looks like they changed their name. I'm up for a meetup there or anywhere else. I think halucin8 told me about a possible brew day with a few of us locals. We just need to get him to organize something.
