The Alt beer was my first brew. I took a few bottles to my LHBS where the owner is BJCP certified. He said it was a pretty good beer, very clean and true to style.

I was really anal about sanitization when I brewed my first few batches. The only thing that went wrong with this brew was the Carboy stopper fell into the Carboy while I was shaking the hell out of it trying to areate the wort.

I will send you guys a few bottles of beer as soon as I get a beergun.

I really enjoy the show and I hope to see all of you in Florida.
