Hopefully I'll get my scoresheets in the next week or two. Honestly, I feel that a couple of mine had a good chance of making it to the 2nd round. Here's hoping. :bnarmy:

Sorry, it's MY beers that will be going on to the second round! :D

That depends on which category(s) you entered.

thanks, it was my dry stout that finished around 1.016. It ended up with an average score of 34. Not too bad for first comp. I was really suprised to get my results last week. Must have mailed them ASAP.

Good job, man! 34 is very respectable. And your first comp, no less.

You're lucky I entered my stout as an American Stout  Else we'd be competing down the road...

That's great Brant! I just got my results back yesterday and one of them got a second place- Southern English Brown. I thought it might have a shot at something. I sent in some not so spot-on beers to get some feed back and it is really worth it.

Good luck to everyone still waiting.

Do the results come via email or snail mail? I'm still waiting for mine, but I'm out of town. If they come by USPS, I guess I'll just have to wait.

All the comps I've entered (which given, is only a few) return the results via snail mail. I think reason being because they usually have to send out ribbons and whatnot too.

Mine (midwest region) were via USPS.

Only the judges sheets came in this package. Well, those and a couple ads for NHC and the Pope and Rock Candy's book. Certificates/ribbons were not included in my mailing.
