Sounds like its going to be good!

If you ever make it to Greensboro, Triad Homebrew (www.homebrew-supply.com) is a great place!

The owner and his wife are really nice. I wish I was up there more to buy more! I like to support places like that!

He knows his stuff too- and can help you along! I *think* beer club members get 10% off also- usually the price to join is worth the discounts. I think your beer club (worthawgs.org) meets at foothills too... now thats a good brewpub! I don't know anything about the club but usually its a good bunch of people.

I got the ingredient's for last nights brew I mentioned form Triad Home brew, I work in greensboro. the owners wife is who I asked what I should use, she suggested that type of crystal malt.

I asked her "do you brew a lot" she said no but my hubby does.

Foothills makes some great brews, Drinking growlers from there is what got me intersted in homebrewing!!
