Hello from Nashville

Hi all,
recently found this site and the podcasts. Interesting stuff. Look forward to picking up some new ideas. I've been brewing for 6 years and do AG. Don't know how many batches I've done, but it's been a few. I do 10 gallon batches and have a b3 sculpture. Prefer to make APA's, IPA's and Belgian beers.

Welcome to the BN! Sounds to me like someone like me might be able to learn a thing or two from a guy like you.

It's just a basic 1500. I think the only options I picked up was the extra hoses for the SMART/HERMS setup that they have and the water filter option. Wish I could have spent the dough on the 1550 with the tippy dump option and automation, but I didn't want my hobby to lead to divorce....

Maybe you haven't heard of a little thing called devotion... If you won't let brewing come between a good marriage, then there is no hope for you.

Welcome anyways.

jdoiv,

Do you have any good Belgian Triple recipes? I'm just making the move to all-grain and would love my first brew to be my favorite beer.
