What brand of Pressure cooker are you using? I found some by Presto and All American but of course in the reviews nobody talked about creating sterile water or wort. I get the impression you sometimes use the Cynmar nalgene bottles and sometimes the glass mason jars. Is this correct? If yes, do you use them for different tasks?
