Hops in boil time

I got to over thinking again. If I add my hops for 60 min and let my wort sit for 30 min after flame out isn't this kinda like a 90 min isomerazation (sp?) peorid? Should I acount for this in my pro mash designs?

It depends on the temperature of your wort for those "30 minutes after flame out".

Hop oils/acids still isomerize at something like 100F... are you letting the wort sit cool?

Normaly I go from turning the fire out to to chilling in one min. From that point to 100F is like 15 to 30 min. But I think that is not much longer than every one else, or is it?
