No, just my oversized homebrew operation. It would make for a pretty pimp pilot system though. I've toyed with the thought of building a new structure on the property & making it into the 'perfect' brewery, moving this out there & putting a 5 or 10 gallon system inside, but who knows if that will ever happen. It's a possibility but a good number of years down the road. My house was built in 1913, so I've got plenty of stuff to do before I get there. The kitchen is my other big priority, after the brewery & the woodshop. I'm not making Doc's salary or anything, so they all move along at a nice slow pace. Gives me plenty of time to think, plan, scrap those plans & think of new ones.

Well, got some work done on the Knucklehead this past weekend.

Got the floor built onto the base.

And the trapdoors fit.

And I ripped the lumber from the frame. Home Depot/Lowes lumber never wants to rip straight for me, so I bought about 24' of 2" knotty alder and ripped it all down to 1.5"x1.5". I'll cut it to size this weekend and get the frame built. Also, I need to remember to holesaw out my fan ports before I get the frame on there, otherwise there could be issues.

That was like 4 hours of work. I was expecting to be paneling it by now, but this is a fairly advanced project for where I'm at in my woodworking skills, so I guess better slow than sloppy.

Next weekend I will be building a stir plate so I can start putting my yeasties on steroids. I will also be building a sculpture so that I can utilize gravity a bit better (and safer) than using chairs and step stools for brewing.

currently building my first brew sculpture... taking shape quite nicely. Should be brewing on it sometime next week.

for the most part this was a build from things i had around the house except for some gas fittings and the stainless steel pump. Still not sure if i am putting in a burner in the top tier, I might just run a copper coil in the HLT that I can recirc the wort through for temp changes.
Bottom- HLT
Middle- Kettle
Top- Mash

A single tier 3-vessel pump driven RIMS system. So far 3 batches through it and all have come out real well. Some minor tweaks to make including fashioning a lid to a imperfect hole made in the keggle MLT. I use camlock fittings to make assembly and tear down relatively easy. I would like to get where I do not have to disconnect any hoses while brewing but that will take some designing. Overall, I would call it a success! Even to the point where I've heard people say I'm just re-bottling commercial beers as my own! :drink
On tap:
Secondary: Experimental IPA
Primary: IIPA, (Half of which is being poured at a beerfest!)

Just rubbed some poly on my double stir plate I have been building over the last two weeks.
Prototype worked great on 5 liters, now I can do two, side by side. After a little 220 grit, I get to rub Poly again!
Life is good!

Got a few projects in the works right now. Unfortunately, wont be able to finish anything until I get back from this deployment in July.

Building stir plates for myself and a few friends. We work with electronics, so were basically waiting for the right parts to break so we can dismantle and repurpose them. Getting computer fans the right size has been the biggest hassle. A lot of Amazon stores wont send to the ship.

Ive also been slowly ordering all the pieces for a keezer build. Something new every week or two. Down to kegs, CO2, and the freezer. Going to start with a 2 tap setup, then gradually expand it to a 4 tap. Want a freezer thats big enough to hold all the components inside, and still have room for a cold fermenting carboy or random 6-packs.
