New question: I just brewed another batch. I used PBW to clean my fermentation bucket (still using the plastic bucket I got with my kit), and then I used Five Star IO Star Sanitizer. Should I have rinsed out the bucket after pouring the solution out?
I might be imagining it, but I thought I smelled a hint of iodine after I topped off my wort. And there was a white foam on top of the wort. Did I ruin my beer?
