from what I read, it's about the same as the other star-san but it can stain hoses but not effect taste. Five Star says that it is also a rinse free solution. http://www.fivestarchemicals.com/wp-con ... rTech3.pdf I may return it though. i am a clumsy ass and dont want to leave brown and red spot all over my house and clothes.

Heh... mine is supportive of the brewing, gotta make her good stuff to keep her happy. The moment I knew I have an awesome brew wife was when she was flipping through the Northern Brewer catalog while in the bathroom, and asked me, "When are you going to get an immersion chiller?"

How often are you with her while she is on the shitter thumbing through your catalogs? Are you sure the conversation didn't go "When are you going to get an 'sppppppppp plop' immersion chiller?" Throwing myself under the bus and telling her that I am not responsible enough to handle this type of cleaner is a great idea though. I am using that for sure! Thank you!
