You're still gonna run into people who absolutely insist you should transfer to to clarify your beer. It's best to just say, "Great idea! I'll do that next time!" and move on.


Yeah I hear ya! Everyone has there own way of doing things. That's what I love about brewing. There is more that one way to skin a cat.
