Brewing a wet hop beer with homegrown cascade today

Getting rid of a half pound of Citra hops today to free up space for the new crop. Hop bursting a red ale with English crystal.

Brewing my first dry stout. Jamila recipe with a few ounces of pale chocolate added. Pitching WLP 001 to build up some yeast.

Belgian Dubbel today layered with specialty malts. Keeping the gravity on the low end to build yeast for a big Belgian Dark Strong Ale. My first brew in the new house. So far so good!
