Damn... forgot how easy whole hops are to use compared to pellet. Fuck those pellet hops, they suck. Whole cone for life!

About to start a clone-ish of Sarah Hughes mild. This is an English mild that has a 1058 og. Using floor malted MO.

We've got a red IPA that is mostly just a vehicle to put our leftover hops in. Nothing better than a three ounce zero minute addition with nine kinds of hops in it. The grain bill is my attempt to copy Summit's Horizon Red, one of my favorite beers. This is the first recipe that is completely my own. Hopefully it goes all right.
In the fridge: Red IPA, Cider, Graff
In the Carboy: Tripel, Dunkelweizen
On deck: Hope and King Scotch Ale, Weizenbock

Brewing up "Evil RedHead" today. An Imperial Red for category 23. I had lots of leftover freezer hops, so this is where they go. Mash hops, first wort hops, dry hops, hops everewhere!

Pressed for time and I just miss doing it. Extract version of Jamil's BCS Irish Red.
Yep, extract. This is gonna be a quickie! Gotta get the stock back up.
