Making the Green Flash WCIPA clone today. First attempt at this one was awesome. Really nice IPA.

A light hybrid type beer. 7 lbs pils - 1 lb wheat - 1.038, 15 IBU, small 0 min addition, 2oz dry hop - all centennial.

About 15 minutes into the boil on something I think I will call an English Heffeweissen. Substituted maris otter for pilsner and used english hops. A little darker and probably maltier than a normal heffe, but should be good. Using WLP380 and will ferment low to pretty much do away with the banana and get lots of clove.
Will toss in some fresh ground coriander and sweet orange peel at flameout.
