Not sure if anybody is still looking for this but here's the reply I got from Wyeast customer service about Pacman on Nov 11, 2010 ;
It is a Private Collection strain....Future release dates are not known
at this time. However, you can request your local homebrew shop to
order from Brewcraft USA, in Portland Oregon. They have year round
distribution permission from Rogue.
