My house smells like farts

and I spent five minutes looking for where the dog shit on the carpet before I realized that it was the White Labs English Cider yeast kicking out a ton of sulfur. I just have never had it kick out so much.

it might just be your upper lip that smells like farts not the whole house. have you been eating any turds lately and possibly got some leftovers in your stache?

Just be glad you're smelling it now, and not after it's bottled or kegged. Yet even then, it disappears with age.

So I double checked and no there is no left over turds in the stach. I know my cider usually smells like that until it rests for a while, but wow!
