Yes, very much so underpitched. So at what temp are you fermenting?

70 degrees. Yeah, the underpitching was an oversite from me doing my first 10 gallon batch. Only got one vial of the WLP. Won't do that again.

Even if you were only doing a 5 gallon it would be a good idea to make a starter.

A 3 qt starter for just a 5 gallon batch with one vial would be a good starter size, but for 10 gallons, you would need to obviously double that. Pitching just the vial or smackpack really lends itself to ease, but does not make good beer.

Allright peeps... Heres the story,

I pitched a starter into each fermenter (800 ml each). The gravity went from 30 to 28. Then I figured I would experiment to see what else I could do to drop the gravity down. So I pitched a packet of dry yeast in each one. It did nothing at all!

So here I am with 10 gallons of Odouls stuck at 1.028. Is there ANYTHING I can do at this point to gain value out of what's left? Like experiment? If so, I would like some suggestions cuz I'm all tapped out of crazy now!

Thanks
