2010 Homebrew at the W.E.B. Competition

Thanks for the post, Mills!

As Mills said, we're growing. The inaugural Homebrew at the W.E.B. Homebrewing competition was held in 2008 with 223 entries from 78 brewers representing 11 states. Our second competition received 329 entries from 103 brewers representing 16 states. We would LOVE to hit 500 this year.

We start taking entries on the 18th. We're putting the finishing touches on our online registration, and should have everything up and running by the end of this week.

I hope you all can enter. At this point we have over 20 BJCP judges (a good group of Master, National, Certified, and Recognized) signed up to judge this two day event. Had about six or so BN'ers enter last year, I hope to increase that.

It looks like Mills beat us to the punch crupp! This is a great competition and a lot of fun for us to put on. The more entries the more diversity we can have.

Hey all, I want to thank all of the BNers who entered beers in the competition. The Cass River Homebrewers did a great job! Things were very organized, plentiful qualified judges, and a great judging environment. I received high quality feedback on my entries. Crupp, well done buddy! Lets get even more BN participation next year!
