How did that work out?? I really want to brew something along those lines....something sour, maybe even add some Oregon Cherries. :jnj

I brewed a pale ale yesterday. bittered with warrior, then piled on an assload of 50/50 sorachi ace + citra additions in the last 15mins. will most likely dry hop with a 50/50 sorachi ace and citra blend as well. pretty excited about this one

Brewed an altbier Friday, and currently have a mash going for a 1070 belgian sour brown (with .75# D2 syrup) that will be getting racked onto a brett L. and brett C. yeast cake from a previous 100% brett beer (half into a keg, the other half just got 6# sour cherries and oak last night). This sour brown will probably take about 10 wks or so in primary to dry out enough and then half will go into my stomach while the other half will get 6# sour cherries and french oak for aging. Man, I love brewing beer!

I wish I was brewing today, but I got my order in too late to receive on Friday. Guess I'll brew twice next weekend.

Just finished up my second batch of the day.

#1 - Bell's Oberon Clone - American Wheat (6gal) WLP 320 -1Liter starter

#2 - Belgian Wheat (6gal) WLP530 - 1Liter starter

Lots of lifting and grain dumping. The deer are happy. My lower back is FUBAR.

Apparently, my wife forgot to bring in my brewing hoses from the last back so everything was frozen solid.

Just finished a Bo Pils (fourth attempt in 14 years). Hopefully this one won't suck.
