temp control

i recently got a used fridge (http://www.missionrs.com/TS-23F.html ) can be seen there and also got a digital johnson controller located here http://www.northernbrewer.com/brewing/b ... oller.html
and i was wondering what is a good temp difference and anti-short cycle delay to setup on my system and to not burn up my equipment im look in the mid 60's for most batches the room it in is averaging 68 at this time and it a basement

I set mine at 1F differential and the max anti-short cycle delay.
