7:30 PM on a Friday night in Heidelberg, Germany... and I'm already into my 3rd Paulaner Salvator (0.5L), with a couple of 750ml Westmalle 10's calling my name... Brewing 10 gals of a Munich Dunkel in the AM, with another 10 gals lagering in the freezer... Have a GREAT weekend, guys!!!

Medicinally drinking more Victory IPA to cure ailments from last night's drinking. Was going to brew today but can't pull myself off the couch. Nice way to start my first day of summer break. When I feel better, I'm going to dip into my stash of DeDolle. I'm going to chalk today up to "practice for NHC."
