Hoegarrden Wit Clone
This month's recipe is a clone of a fantastic wit, Hoegarrden! This beer has a nice spice/phenolic balance that is great in warm and cool weather. A lighter alcohol beer that should yield an easy drinking 4.5% abv. Happy Brewing!
4.5 lbs. Dry Wheat Extract
2 lbs. Clover Honey
0.5 oz. Hallertau Hops
0.5 oz. Bitter Orange Peel
1 oz. Hallertau Hops
1.5 oz. Corriander Seed
Belgian Wit Yeast
It's a little vague. Does anyone have any advise for OG-FG, starter no starter, temp stuff like that? Any help would be great!
